01 2021 全球未来设计大奖
全球未来设计大奖（Global Future Design Awards）创立于2016年，是世界上最负盛名的建筑、室内和产品设计奖项之一。奖项发起方APR（Architecture Press Release），是世界最大的在线建筑类出版社之一，拥有超过5亿全球用户，在国际建筑界拥有很高的知名度和影响力。
该奖注重作品对新技术、材料、功能、美学、空间组织的研究和探索，以及全球化、灵活性、适应性和数字革新的呈现，认可和表彰那些为建筑学带来全新定义的杰出设计，旨在推动建筑与自然世界、建筑与社区、建筑师与城市之间关系的创新变革。
02 2021 亚太区IAI 设计奖室内类银奖
IAI设计奖(IAI Design Award)，简称"IAI"，是亚太地区乃至国际最具国际影响力和美誉度设计大奖之一，该赛事以独树一帜的奖项内容和奖项设置并紧贴时代主题而日益受到全球设计界的关注，IAI设计奖 始创于2006年，先后成功举办了十五届竞赛，IAI设计奖在室内、建筑、工业产品设计三个领域具有高度权威性和专业性，现已被视为世界范围内新的拥有高识别度和含金量的国际设计大奖。
IAI全球设计评审标准十分苛刻,包括原创性、功能性、空间策划、美观性、节能性、环保性、永续性、美学意境及社会责任。旨在表彰为通过设计推动人类社会变革与发展进步做出了创造性贡献的设计产品,它代表了设计界和IAI的至高无上的荣誉。
03 2021 美国LIV酒店设计大奖
LIV酒店设计奖(LIV HOSPITALITY DESIGN AWARDS)由法玛尼集团（Farmani Group）创设，自1985年成立至今，法玛尼提升了艺术与设计在世界范围内的影响力，成为行业内举足轻重的权威组织。
为顺应设计领域的变革与潮流，鼓励更多业态的设计师与作品参与竞赛，法玛尼集团于2020年创立了全新的奖项─LIV酒店设计奖，表彰在酒店建筑、室内设计和宾客体验等方面的设计作品，引领世界在商业、人文、住宅等空间设计中的脉动与趋势。LIV酒店设计奖旨在庆祝全球范围内酒店业优质的建筑设计和室内设计。
城迹酒店作为广州本土崛起的精品酒店，目前在广州已有多家直营酒店。
As a boutique hotel rising in Guangzhou, Chengji hotel has many direct hotels in Guangzhou.
本案为城迹酒店的3.0酒店产品，希望通过酒店空间重构城市文化,为城市注入新的灵魂。
酒店位于海珠北路1115号(西门口地铁站附近),周边环境由越秀与荔湾两大老城区旧街组成；市井的街区、破裂的骑楼、千年的佛塔、有味的粤语充满着浓郁的广式氛围；
This case is a 3.0 hotel product of Chengji Hotel, hoping to reconstruct urban culture through hotel space and inject new soul into the city.
The hotel is located at 1115 Haizhu North Road (near Ximen subway station). The surrounding environment is composed of Yuexiu and Liwan old streets. The streets, broken arcades, thousand year old pagodas and delicious Cantonese are full of strong Cantonese atmosphere;
通过调研考察，我们发现这里却少了一家可以值得称赞的旅居酒店，因而令我们想在此树立一个具有城市记忆的旅居空间。并且我们希望酒店不只是一个住宿空间，更是叙述城市的一个载体，让来到这座城市的人感知城市印记与人文情怀。
Through investigation and investigation, we find that there is not a hotel worthy of praise, so we want to establish a living space with city memory. And we hope that the hotel is not only a accommodation space, but also a carrier to describe the city, so that people who come to this city can feel the city's imprint and humanistic feelings.

東哲设计团队通过对建筑本身条件的研究，提出公区去大堂化概念，打破传统酒店设计首层为酒店大堂的做法。
Through the study of the building conditions, the OCD team proposed the concept of public area De lobby, which broke the traditional hotel design practice that the first floor was the hotel lobby.
10F 书吧空间 BOOK BAR SPACE |
结合广州的书院历史文化背景，将公区定义为空中城市书院，功能包含了接待，休闲，阅读，观景，城市文化长廊等，以混合式理念的空间布局。
Combined with the historical and cultural background of academies in Guangzhou, the public area is defined as the air city academy. Its functions include reception, leisure, reading, viewing, urban cultural corridor, etc., with a mixed spatial layout.

更为值得称赞的是，我们只是利用了原有的酒店电梯空间作为我们的城市书院，充分的将物业面积利用最大化。
What is more praiseworthy is that we only used the original hotel elevator space as our city academy to maximize the use of property area.

客房的设计打破了传统酒店的布局模式，从标配电视到全智能化的投屏系统，除了将房间景别视觉上活化，更是从听觉嗅觉达到多维度体验。高尚的皮质家具，经典的金属点缀，破旧立新的编藤搭配，提升酒店的触感体验同时，也结合了情怀与时尚的标题。
The design of guest rooms has broken the traditional hotel layout mode. From standard TV to fully intelligent projection system, in addition to visually activating the room scenery, it is also from hearing and smell to multidimensional experience. Elegant leather furniture, classic metal embellishment, old and innovative rattan weaving collocation, enhance the touch experience of the hotel, at the same time, it also combines the sentiment and fashion title.

在功能配套上，我们提出城市街区配套理念，即利用周边成熟的商业配套为支撑，提出有专属管家配送早餐至房间服务；
In terms of functional support, we put forward the concept of urban block supporting, that is, taking advantage of the surrounding mature commercial facilities as the support, we propose to have a dedicated Butler to deliver breakfast to the room service;
考虑到地道美食，我们和城迹酒店共同搜罗出附近的广式美食，并为客人定制了出行专备的美食地图,令酒店客人计划出行方便，住得诚心满意，领略羊城美食。
Considering the authentic food, we and Chengji hotel have jointly searched out the Cantonese cuisine nearby, and customized the food map specially prepared for the guests, so that the hotel guests can plan to travel conveniently, stay sincerely and enjoy the food in Yangcheng.
