窝趣服务公寓是铂涛集团旗下的窝趣继窝趣公寓和窝趣轻社区后打造的轻奢公寓品牌。其围绕着“有趣的人”为理念,主打客户群体为80后金领和白领精英消费中的新享乐青年。东哲设计联合窝趣公寓推出了全新的集社交、休闲与工作和生活为一体的轻奢服务品牌公寓。


Woqu Service Apartment is a light luxury apartment brand created by Botao Group after Wotao Apartment and Woqu Light Community. It revolves around the concept of "interesting people", and the main customer group is the new hedonistic youth in the gold-collar and white-collar elite consumption of the post-80s. Dongzhe Design and Woqu Apartment launched a new light luxury service brand apartment that integrates social, leisure, work and life.





在设计概念中,我们设想的窝趣服务式公寓满足了新享乐青年的社交需求价值,在进一步提升窝趣品牌的舒适品质与趣味生活基础上,强化了产品、服务和社交活动的高品质,用这类型新享乐青年支付得起的价格,打造出既新鲜有趣而又如家一般舒适温馨的新轻奢享乐生活体验。


In the design concept, the service apartment we envisioned meets the value of the social needs of the new hedonic youth. On the basis of further improving the comfort quality and fun life of the brand, the high quality of products, services and social activities are strengthened. Use the affordable price of this type of new hedonic youth to create a new light and luxurious hedonic living experience that is both fresh and fun, but also comfortable and warm at home.






品牌主打群体的社交需求中80后是目前轻奢品牌消费的主力,除了在日常用品及服饰上他们偏好高品质、有品位的轻奢品,他们在社交活动中也注重活动本身对生活品质与个人价值的提高。窝趣服务式公寓的轻奢趣味社交主打“用时间来沉淀乐趣”,除了从消费者的社交喜好出发开展各类型彰显个人生活品质和品位的活动。

设计上将有趣+品质完美地融合在一起,空间的乐趣点通过软装的点缀,点亮了整个空间。同时,档次感通过材质的选择也很好地保留。在乐趣和品质之间分寸拿捏的准确。


The design integrates fun + quality perfectly, and the fun points of the space light up the whole space through the embellishment of soft decoration. At the same time, the sense of grade is also well preserved through the choice of materials. Accurate between the fun and the quality.





镜面的延伸,将电梯厅的整个空间感瞬间拉伸,漫反射的灯光为趣味的空间点亮,末端跳舞的玩偶,娱乐和出行结合。

 

The extension of the mirror surface instantly stretches the entire sense of space in the elevator hall, the diffuse reflection lights up the interesting space, and the dolls dancing at the end combine entertainment and travel.




“有趣的人”的设计主题在空间中呼应,通过图像化设计处理的手法,来反映空间的趣味性。整个的设计风格亮点突出,地面的脚印图案,代表的是行色中有趣的灵魂留下的印记。

 

The design theme of "Interesting People" echoes in the space, and the fun of the space is reflected through the graphic design processing technique. The highlights of the entire design style are prominent, and the footprint patterns on the ground represent the marks left by the interesting soul in the line.





健身房中也是趣味十足,进化论的图案处理,有趣的IP抱枕,以红色和黄色的品牌点缀色,将健身变得不再是枯燥乏味的事情。

公寓房间的设计有趣而不失品位,简约而不简单。进门的厨房开放式设计,加全身镜的延伸,将空间感从入门处便延展开来。

 

The design of the apartment room is interesting without losing taste, simple but not simple. The open design of the kitchen with the entrance door and the extension of the full-length mirror extend the sense of space from the entrance.





房间面积仅20来方,却恰到好处,功能一应俱全,设计感十足。空间的利用率超高,既符合现代人长租公寓的需求,同时又满足对于生活品质和生活趣味的要求。

房间挂糊、抱枕和艺术灯的选款从品牌的文化和调性出发,窗帘的拼色设计打破了一如既往的方式,更加有设计感。
