潮漫酒店是全球第二大酒店集团锦江系-铂涛集团旗下的一大中端酒店品牌。其起源于2013年7月,已然走过第6个年头。从品牌诞生到发展,潮漫酒店在酒店行业激烈的竞争中发展超过50家,项目分布在全国各地。

近年来,随着中国成为当前全球增长最快的商务旅行市场,尽管越来越大的蛋糕令人垂涎,但随着千禧一代的商务旅客增多,其对个性化产品和服务的需求日益强烈。在大市场环境发展前景和产品迭代速率促使下,产品升级已然迫在眉睫


Chaoman Hotel is a big mid-end hotel brand under the Jinjiang Department of the world's second largest hotel group-Botto Group. It originated in July 2013 and has already passed its sixth year. From the birth of the brand to the development, Chaoman Hotel has developed more than 50 in the fierce competition in the hotel industry, with projects distributed throughout the country.

In recent years, as China has become the world’s fastest growing business travel market, although the growing cake is coveted, with the increase of millennial business travelers, its demand for personalized products and services is increasing . Driven by the development prospects of the large market environment and the product iteration rate, product upgrades are already imminent.



潮漫酒店从1.0到2.0的产品升级是由荣获亚太设计大奖及加拿大GPD设计大奖的国内著名设计师李造亲自主笔,通过打造“品质快生活”的空间设计理念,将打破传统商务酒店的一贯常规设计方式。

潮漫2.0的设计以三原色为设计基础

去除掉令人感觉焦虑的那一抹红,从棱镜的全新设计概念出发,

材质以及色彩的配搭变得丰富,各种元素互相碰撞但却不冲突,融合成一个快生活的理想空间

b:对行业:建立行业首个结合“联合办公公区+休闲现代设计客房+多功能体能充电站”于一体的商旅酒店品牌。

Design Concept

The design of Chaoman 2.0 is based on the three primary colors,

To remove the anxious touch of red, starting from the new design concept of Prism,

It makes the combination of materials and colors rich, and various elements collide with each other but do not conflict, and merge into an ideal space for fast life.

a: For consumers: to create a fast-paced quality life experience.

b: For the industry: To establish the industry's first business travel hotel brand that combines "common office area + leisure modern design guest room + multi-function physical charging station".

c: For investors: enhance the image of future hotel brands and create added value to achieve efficient returns.


设计方案

外观及门头设计

在外观的设计中考虑到常规政策性要求,在不大范围改动的情况下,以涂料使用为主,丰富建筑的识别度和设计感,以及与门头形成强调的对比,突出门头的设计。门头的设计标准中主要采用了潮漫全新标准的斜纹处理,可融合建筑本身特性落地性强,并利用灯光形成氛围

 

Design

Appearance and door design

Taking into account the conventional policy requirements in the design of the exterior, with a small range of changes, the main use of paint is to enrich the building's recognition and design sense, and to emphasize the contrast with the door head to highlight the design of the door head . The design standard of the door head mainly adopts the tide treatment of the new standard of Chaoman, which can integrate the characteristics of the building itself and have a strong landing, and use light to form an atmosphere.







大堂及餐厅设计

潮漫2.0的一大创新点是大堂和餐厅做了跨界融合的空间,充分利用餐厅的休闲功能,和大堂公区形成融合,同时在功能上增加了商务出行的联合办公配套。设计上以时尚的金属、木饰面及水纹砖等,打造丰富的层次。在配色上通过用色的渲染和搭配,营造品质快生活的空间氛围。

 

Lobby and restaurant design

A major innovation of Chaoman 2.0 is that the lobby and restaurant have made a cross-border integration space, making full use of the leisure function of the restaurant, and forming a fusion with the lobby public area. At the same time, the function of the joint office support for business travel has been added. The design uses fashionable metal, wood veneer and water texture bricks to create rich layers. In the color matching, through the use of color rendering and matching, create a quality and fast living space atmosphere.





大堂的设计主要是以仿古铜色为基调,强调时尚的美感,也营造一股相对轻快的氛围。在主面墙体设计中还加入了棱镜的造型,丰富了整体空间的立体感

大堂的最大亮点是打造了潮漫2.0Lagom联合办公区,办公之余可以在长廊畅饮,也可享受安逸的下午茶时光。

在房型设计上,酒店标准房型采用了简洁时尚的设计风格斜纹的元素也利用在空间中作为品牌理念的传承。整体的色系简单明亮,营造舒服惬意的空间。床靠背的软包及地面的块毯,极大地增强了房间的品质感。同时在功能配套上,也配套了商务需求的办公桌椅,打造商旅客人的极致空间。

走廊设计

走廊的设计,在色系上延伸了品牌的标准色系,同时贯穿了品牌斜纹的符号元素,将时尚快节奏的设计理念在空间中延伸,给人舒服,轻松的氛围。

健身房及洗衣房设计

Fika是本次潮漫酒店2.0全新标准中的另一大亮点,区别传统的酒店健身房,我们设计中不再采取传统型的健身器材,而提倡的是新型的运动方式,利用轻便和打卡的方式,更加轻松和不具压力。保留为自己缓冲充电的时间。

Different from traditional hotel gyms, we no longer adopt traditional fitness equipment in our design, but promote a new type of sports, using light and punching. , More relaxed and stress-free. 洗衣房的设计上,采用的是简洁大气的设计风格,潮漫标准的淡蓝色系,搭上白色和浅木色的装饰,将空间的明亮轻松氛围营造。在功能的配套上,区别以往的传统商务酒店,我们增加了储物柜,及休闲功能。让客户洗衣等待的同时,更加舒适
